PURPOSE: A syringe for dermis regeneration and an operation method thereof are provided, which can inject desired amount of gas and liquid into the dermis. CONSTITUTION: A syringe for dermis regeneration comprises: a needle body(140) which is combined with or separated from the front end of a cylinder(110); a piston rod which is combined with the inside of the needle body and activates the piston; an inflow check valve(120) installed at one side of the front end; and an outflow check valve which is formed between the front end of the cylinder and needle body.
