PURPOSE: A kimchi refrigerator controlling method is provided to properly age kimchi by automatically calculating the aging time using temperature conditions. CONSTITUTION: A kimchi refrigerator controlling method comprises the following steps: stopping the load of a refrigerator after the insertion of kimchi(S170); detecting the chamber temperature after a fixed time and estimating the chamber temperature from the temperature of the kimchi(S210); using a table set with the aging time for the temperature of the kimchi to determine the aging time(S220); and operating an aging process(S230). |
