PURPOSE: A mail attachment file conversion device and a mail attachment file method using a conversion module are provided to convert a plurality of mail attachment files into one package file or a portfolio file, thereby providing consistency of data. CONSTITUTION: A single file conversion module(133) inputs a plurality of attachment files having different extensions. After generating converted files, the single file conversion module stores the converted files in a storage unit. A packaging file conversion module(135) produces a plurality of attachment files and generates one packaging file. A portfolio file conversion module(137) performs auto-numbering or random setup to convert the attachment files into one portfolio file.
