PURPOSE: A vacuum chuck is provided to implement active suction according to the shape and size of an object using a single air solenoid. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum chuck(10) comprises a suction and compression unit(20), a plurality of suction units(30), a pad(40), a branch pipe(P3), a cutting oil collection tank(50), a valve(V), and a first connection pipe(P1). The suction units include a vacuum regulating member which is actively controlled according to the presence of an object so as to hold an object by vacuum suction. The pad has a plurality of mounting holes in which the suction units are respectively installed. The branch is connected through a connecting hose to the suction units. The cutting oil collection tank is installed in an end of the branch pipe. The valve is connected through a second connection pipe(P2) to the cutting oil collection tank in order to control the flow of air. The first connection pipe connects the valve to the suction and compression unit.
