PURPOSE: A compact coupling method of a wire and an electrical terminal without taking off the covered wire for reducing the number of manufacturing processes is provided to prevent the bending and scattering of the wire. CONSTITUTION: A terminal is settled. A wire which does not take off the sheath is transferred to the fixed position of the terminal. The wire is settled in the fixed position of the terminal. A sheath is grind by a health breaking cutter. The sheath is uncovered at predetermined length by the movement of the wire in a longitudinal direction of the wire. The terminal is compressed about an exposed core wire part.
