PURPOSE: A fluorescence probe with excellent selectivity and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to minimize background signal and to easily synthesize. CONSTITUTION: A fluorescence probe comprises a compound of chemical formula I. The fluorescence probe is used for detecting PTP. A method for manufacturing the compound of chemical formula I comprises: a step of reacting a compound of chemical formula 1 and diethylchloro phosphate and NaH in a first organic solvent to obtain a compound of chemical formula 2; a step of reacting the compound of chemical formula 2 and bromotrimethylsilane in a second organic solvent; a step of removing the second solvent and dissolving in the water; and a step of adjusting to pH 8-9. The first organic solvent is tetrahydrofuran. The second organic solvent is dichloromethane.
