PURPOSE: A single gate pixel for increasing the precision of a depth image is provided to remove the leakage current of a FD(Floating Diffusion) node and kTC noise by accumulating the current generated by the reflected light to an accumulation node. CONSTITUTION: A first transferring unit(430) transfers an electric charge generated in an optical detection element to an accumulation node. A second transferring unit(450) transfers the accumulated electric charge of the accumulation node to a floating diffusion node. A connection unit(410) connects the optical detection element to a driving voltage. A reset unit resets the voltage of the floating diffusion node by a reset control signal.
