PURPOSE: A broadcasting program restoring apparatus and a method for the same are provided to display 3D broadcasting program information, so as to enable a user to recognize the program information. CONSTITUTION: A thumbnail image extraction unit successively extracts a first thumbnail image from a first broadcasting program(220). If the first broadcasting program is changed, a control unit performs data receiving or data recording for the changed second broadcasting program(230,240). The thumbnail image extracting unit successively extracts the second thumbnail image from the second broadcasting program(250). A controller generates a representative thumbnail image of the second broadcasting program(260). The control unit outputs the first and the second thumbnail images and the representative thumbnail image through the display unit(270). |
