PURPOSE: An anti-static adhesive composition is provided to suppress electrostatic discharge through a synergy action of an antistatic agent and an antistatic property enhancer while not lowering durability and adhesion. CONSTITUTION: An anti-static adhesive composition comprises an adhesive resin, a cross-linking agent, an antistatic agent, and a polyhydroxyalkanoic acid represented by below chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, m is an integer of 1 or mor; R1 and R2 are independently hydrogen or C1-12 alkyl group; and R3 is hydrogen or C1-4 alkyl group.
