PURPOSE: A device for automatically arranging and inspecting a PCB film and a using method thereof are provided to minimize an error due to a user by automatically recognizing an alignment mark. CONSTITUTION: An absorber and a transfer unit input a product to a vision part. The stage automatically aligns the input product. A tool unit includes a transfer mechanism, an optical mechanism, and a housing. The transfer mechanism transfers the product on an inspection system. A lighting and optical unit is comprised of a camera, a lens, and an optical filter. A controller is comprised of a motion controller, a proximity sensor, a light controller, and a host computer.
