PURPOSE: A method for collecting air heat and waste heat by converting water into fine particles is provided to convert water into fine particles by using a nozzle or ultrasonic vibrations and to collect waste heat by heating the fine particles. CONSTITUTION: A method for collecting air heat and waste heat by converting water into fine particles is as follows. Water is converted into fine particles using nozzles or ultrasonic waves. The fine particles are supplied to a heat exchange room(1) through a pipe and indirectly transfer air heat or waste heat to the heat exchange room. The transferred fine particles are supplied to a condensing chamber(2) and is condensed. The condensed vapor flows into a vacuum suction unit of a water ejector and is compressed by a blower.
