PURPOSE: A laundry treatment machine is provided to improve the filtering efficiency of washing water by flowing swirling water current to the filter. CONSTITUTION: A laundry treatment machine comprises a washing tub, a filter, and a check valve(70). A pulsator is arranged in the lower part of the washing tub. The filter is arranged in the inner wall of the washing tub. A water inlet hole(80) is formed in the side of the filter in order to inflow washing water rotating along the circumference direction of the washing tub. A check valve installed in the inlet hole prevents backward flowing of the washing water to the outside of the filter.
