<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic component which has no intermediate layer, no symmetrical arrangement, is integrally provided with the high and low dielectric constant layers and hardly forms a reaction layer between the above dielectric constant layers, and also to provide a method for production thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated ceramic component comprises the lamination part in which the low dielectric constant layer containing a glass composing such layer and a low dielectric-constant inorganic filler, and the high dielectric constant layer containing a glass composing such layer in the same composition series as the above and a high dielectric-constant inorganic filler are laminated. Here, when the low dielectric-constant inorganic filler is represented by the composition formula (1) [xCaO-yM<SP>1</SP>O-zSiO<SB>2</SB>] (wherein x+y+z=100 mol%), M<SP>1</SP>is at least one of Mg and Zn, and (x), (y) and (z) are in the region surrounded by the lines AB, BC, CD and DA in Fig. 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
