PURPOSE: An exercise assistant apparatus based on motion of the human body is provided, which can obtain effect of skin care and exercise in a simple method at the same time. CONSTITUTION: An exercise assistant apparatus based on motion of the human body comprises a pressure plate(100) of a fixed size which is manufactured into slow curved surface in order to broaden a body muscle contact area and to correspond to a contact unit of the body muscle. The pressure plate is equipped with: a plurality of balls(10) which makes the surface of the pressure plate concavo-convex in order to stimulate muscle; and a plurality of connection elastic members which are fixed to and coupled with balls and keeps tension. |
