PURPOSE: A file binder is provided to easily fix or remove a target object by controlling an adjusting unit when documents received in a file binder are removed or new documents are added to the file binder. CONSTITUTION: A file binder comprises the following units. A cover unit(100) has a plate shape. The cover unit includes a bending guide unit. A binding unit(200) includes a containing unit. The binding unit contains part of the cover unit in the containing unit to fix. The cover unit is bent along with the bending guiding unit. The binding unit is elastic. An adjusting unit(300) adjusts an opening/closing size of the containing unit.
