PURPOSE: A system and a method for guiding a destination for a blind person are provided to enable blind persons to safely go to a desired destination by receiving the shortest route information by voice. CONSTITUTION: A system for guiding a destination for a blind person a wireless terminal(100) and a service server(500). The wireless terminal receives GPS information from a first satellite(30). The wireless terminal receives GPS correction information from a second satellite(50) and a DGPS system(10). The wireless terminal generates precise position information in real time using the GPS information and GPS correction information. The service server receives the precise position information from the wireless terminal in real time.
