PURPOSE: An installing device for an expansive safety protecting layer is provided to improve the exterior by preventing the exposing of a bolt and threads. CONSTITUTION: An installing device for an expansive safety protecting layer comprises a first support(10), a second support, an interval adjuster(30), a first acceptance rod(40), and a second acceptance rod(50). The first support and the second support respectively are located side to side. The interval adjuster is connected between the first support and the second support.
