PURPOSE: A food waste compressor is provided to save the cost for garbage bags and to compress food waste for discharging soft substances including noodles and rice to a sewage drain. CONSTITUTION: A food waste compressor comprises the following: a mesh inserted into an outer container and an inner container for compressing food waste inside a sink by the lever fundamentals; a safety pine device installed on a compressing plate to fix the compressor in a pressed state with the inner container; and a zipper discharging the compressed food waste after separating the compressing plate and lifting the mesh.
