PURPOSE: A method of preventing a musculoskeletal system disorder for a computer user, and a system thereof are provided to enable discriminated exercise for the disease in sinews and bones by providing stretching exercise information classified according to the painful part/intensity. CONSTITUTION: A user PC inputs painful portion/intensity information, and an MSD(Musculoskeletal System Disorder) server(300) provides the user PC with the stretching exercise information to an exercise information database(700) according to the painful part/intensity through an extraction operation. A management server(400) manages the painful part/intensity information and the stretching exercise information of a user, and updates the exercise information database continuously. |
