PURPOSE: A cultivation method of salicornia herbacea sprouts using an organic farming method with soil is provided to reduce the salty and bitter taste of the salicornia herbacea sprouts. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of salicornia herbacea sprouts comprises the following steps: collecting salicornia herbacea, and drying for 5~7days before collecting seeds(S10); preparing 100wt% of salicornia herbacea cultivation byproduct, 10~20wt% of saw dust, 5~10wt% of waste shell powder, and 200wt% of water, inserting the ingredients into a tank, and fermenting for more than 6months(S20); separating liquid and solids from the fermented material, to obtain a liquid fertilizer and fermented powder manure; mixing yellow soil, leaf mould, and the fermented powder manure to form bed soil(S30); sowing the salicornia herbacea seeds after soaking with water for 7~8hours to the bed soil(S40); and sprouting the seeds, and harvesting after 60~70days(S50,S60). |
