PURPOSE: A water purifying filter with the improved filtration efficiency and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve multiple filter structures of a water purifier by forming the structures into a complex single filter. CONSTITUTION: A water purifying filter includes the following: a filter cap surrounding a case and both sides of the case; a sediment filter layer(110), an activated carbon fiber layer(120), a UF(hollow fiber) filter layer(130), and a core layer(140) successively heat-compressed to the case from the external diameter of the case; a hollow unit(150) formed on the center of the filter; and a transparent window formed on one side of the case.
