PURPOSE: To facilitate the test operation by an integrated test system by graphically displaying test contents on a display terminal with icons and logical flows between tests with connection lines between the icons, and giving instructions, etc., for the tests by cursor control. CONSTITUTION: The integrated circuit test system 130 is connected to a work station 100 and graphically displays the test contents and connection relation on the display by using the icons and connection lines. When the instruction for debugging of a specific test program is given, a display of corresponding 'FlowTool' appears in a window 305. For example, an icon 310 indicates 'Begin' of a test and an icon 320 indicates a 'Continuity' test. A connection between tests is indicated with a connection line 345, etc. The start and inspection of a test, the correction of test contents, the correction of a flow of a test, etc., are performed under the cursor control. |
