PURPOSE: An ESD charging circuit, an RFID device including the same, and a mobile system including the same are provided to enable a user to use the battery for long time without power supply by using the ESD charge as the battery charging source in the state of not using a power supply. CONSTITUTION: An ESD device(421) transfers the ESD electric charge flowing in through the ESD electric charge input terminal to the power terminal. A voltage limiter(422) limits the voltage value of the ESD electric charge supplied to the power terminal. A charging capacitor(423) charges the ESD electric charge applied from the power terminal.
