PURPOSE: A sound equipment comprising equalization circuit is provided to equalize an external signal by connecting a capacitor and resistor between a triode vacuum tube and an output transistor in parallel. CONSTITUTION: A triode vacuum tube(11) amplifies the external signal inputted from a grid terminal and output an amplified signal to a plate terminal. An output trans(15) includes a power terminal connected with a first terminal and a second terminal of a first wiring connected to the plate terminal of the triode vacuum tube. A first capacitor(C12) is connected between the contact point of triode vacuum tube and the output transformer and a GND. The first step of a resistor(R13) is connected to the contact point of the output transformer and the terminal plate(P11). The second end of the resistor is connected to the first step of the second capacitor(C14). The second end of the second capacitor is connected to the GND. The resistor and the second capacitor are serially connected with each other.
