PURPOSE: A sit-up exercise device is provided, which enables a user to do sit-up exercise by installing a sit-up exercise device in a gap between a structure and the floor. CONSTITUTION: A sit-up exercise device comprises: a main body; a foot fixing unit which is fixed in the center of the main body and fixes the top of the foot; a pad(3) for impact and skid prevention which is installed in the bottom end of the main body; an insertion part(A) of the main body which is inserted between a structure and the floor; and a supporting part(B) which is fixed to the rear of the main body in order to raise the heel.
