PURPOSE: An up-shift transmission control method of a vehicle is provided to prevent transmission shock which is generated during a shift transmission process by executing a transmission process according to a preset transmission pattern. CONSTITUTION: An up-shift transmission command signal is generated(101). It is determined whether a lift foot-up execution condition is satisfied(105). A throttle valve opening value is less than a previous throttle valve opening value. A lift foot-up prevention mode execution condition is that present driving road information is less than a preset setting value. A transmission process is executed when the up-shift transmission condition is satisfied(111).
