PURPOSE:To accomplish a fuel cell power generating plant, which does not release exhaust gas including such substances as N oxide, S oxide, etc., for improved environmental characteristics, but utilizes the produced H gas effectively. CONSTITUTION:A fuel cell power generating plant is equipped with a fuel cell body 1, steam modifier 2, gas separator 3, hydrogen refiner 4, and DC/AC inverter 5. Therein the heat generated by graphite moderated He gas cooled high temperature reactor is introduced into the steam modifier 2 via a He-He intermediate heat-exchanger 7. |
