PURPOSE: A work load prediction based job scheduling system and a method thereof for bio-verification of a multiple server environment are provided to remarkably reduce a work loss which can be generated in an authentication server. CONSTITUTION: An authentication work management unit(100) receives authentication work information generated from a client(10). An authentication server management unit(300) periodically collects/store/manages authentication server information. The authentication server management unit transmits authentication information corresponding to authentication server request information to a work schedule management unit(200). The work schedule management unit calculates a weight score according to each a plurality of authentication servers(20).
