PURPOSE: A hot and cool water supply apparatus of a mattress is provided, which improves heat exchange efficiency, makes minute control of fluid temperature possible, and reduces volume of the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A hot and cool water supply apparatus of a mattress comprises: a cover unit(10) in which an inlet and an outlet are formed in order to inhale and discharge fluid and a first path groove communicating with an inlet is formed; a body portion(20) in which a second path groove shielding the first path groove is formed in order form a fluid path; a heating and cooling unit(30) which heats and cools fluid moving through the fluid path; and a controller(50) controlling operation of the heating and cooling unit.
