PURPOSE: A headphone is provided to compensate for the weak points of the damage or twisting of a housing hanger by rotatably fixing a headphone housing to a connection member. CONSTITUTION: A headphone housing(120) comprises a speaker which outputs an acoustic sound signal according to an electrical signal. A head band(140) has elasticity which closely adheres the headphone housing within the ear of a user. A connection member(180) clinches the headphone housing and the headband to be isolated each other. The connection member is made of a conductive material in order to electrically connect the signal wire formed along the headband to an electrical contact object. The connection member is formed into a rod-shape. One side of the connection member is fixed to the headphone housing. The other side of the connection member is fixed to the headband.
