AIR CONTROL SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLED ATMOSPHERIC CONTAINER

PURPOSE: To provide a titled system capable of automatically controlling air temperature and pressure by providing a movable flow controller between the air entrance and take-in port manifold of a compressor and an actuator means for adjusting the controller position. CONSTITUTION: Air which enters an entrance filter and a compression controller 12 connected to the entrance 13 of the compressor 14 is compressed to 100-125 gauge PSi and sent through an exit line 16 to a heat exchanger 17. The movable flow controller is provided between the air entrance and take-in port manifold of the compressor 14 and the flow controller position is adjusted by the actuator means. The air cooled in the heat exchanger 17 (provided with a finned heat exchange coil) is adjusted by a flow blade plate 18 and the position of the blade plate 18 is controlled by a cape ring 19 connected by a heat actuator 20. The cooled air is sent through a united filter 22 or the like to an air separator 26.
