PURPOSE:To make a polycarbonate resin compatible with a polypropylene resin and thus provide a resin compsn. having a high stiffness and an excellent chemical resistance. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. the sum of a polycarbonate resin and a polypropylene resin is compounded with 10-30 pts.wt. reaction product of a polyol with a maleic anhydride-modified polypropylene.
