PURPOSE: A notice system for traffic accident and a notice method using the same is provided to detect nose and image of a sloped road and a steep winding road by using acoustic pattern analysis. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of traffic accident monitoring units(102,104,106) measures traffic information data. Traffic information data comprises sound data, image data, and position data of a vehicle. The traffic accident monitoring units generates traffic accident data and generates traffic guide information for a driver. The traffic guide information data requests control of driving speed and driving path. An information output unit(10) provides the traffic guide information data to the driver. |
