PURPOSE: An anti-rust wheel cover for a vehicle is provided to reduce manufacturing time, molding costs, and material costs by integrating a coupling unit with a cover unit. CONSTITUTION: An anti-rust wheel cover for a vehicle includes a cover unit(110) and a coupling unit(120). The cover unit covers the outer side of a rim(12). The coupling unit is protruded from the cover unit to the wheel direction by corresponding to a coupling member. The coupling unit includes an insertion hole into which a wheel coupling unit(14) is inserted. The coupling unit includes a first bending part(122) and a second bending part(124). The first bending part is bended from the cover to the wheel direction. The second bending part is bended in parallel to the cover unit from the first bending part and has an insertion hole. The diameter of the insertion hole is narrower than the width of the wheel coupling unit.
