PURPOSE: An electronic device is provided to rapidly assembly a first cover and a second cover by integrating a first gasket and a second gasket with the first cover and the second cover. CONSTITUTION: An electronic device includes a first cover(110), a second cover(120), a first gasket(130), and a second gasket(140). A position determining rib is formed on the inner surface of the first cover. The second cover is combined with the first cover. An electronic circuit is arranged between the first cover and the second cover. The first gasket is integrated with the first cover. The second gasket is integrated with the second cover. A receiving groove is formed on the first gasket. A first protrusion is formed on the second gasket.
