PURPOSE: An on-ear headphone is provided to passively minimize noise which flows within an ear from the outside by using a buffering member which fills the inner space of an ear pad. CONSTITUTION: A headphone housing(110) is combined with the rear side of a speaker plate(120). The speaker plate installs a speaker(150) to the storage space of the headphone housing. A microphone(130) is fixed to the speaker plate in order to sense external noise. An attenuation circuit(140) comprises a circuit which generates an attenuation signal which offsets the noise. The speaker is installed in the storage space of the headphone housing by the speaker plate. An ear pad(160) is contacted with the ear.
