PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for displaying content rating information are provided to determine and display the rating of each program according to a rating indicator display command. CONSTITUTION: A content rating information display device receives content rating information(S100). The content rating information display device displays a currently selected program on a display screen(S101). If a user inputs a rating indicator display command, the content rating information display device determines a program rating about each program. The content rating information display device displays rating indicators about each program together with the currently selected program(S104).
