PURPOSE: A sheet laminator for a touch panel and a base used for the same for increasing the productivity are provided to laminate a first sheet and a second sheet by pressurizing of a roller. CONSTITUTION: A roller module(30) pressurizes a first sheet and a second sheet. The first sheet and the second sheet are separated as the predetermined interval. The first sheet and the second sheet comprise the roller for the lamination of the predetermined length which is parallel installed with a seating surface of a base. A controller(40) controls the operation of a base module, a sub-base module and the roller module.
