PURPOSE: A digital video recorder having a perfume diffusing part is provided to emit a scent when detecting the motion of a person by a camera monitoring area. CONSTITUTION: Plural cameras(10) photograph a monitoring area, and a display unit(30) outputs image information. A data storage unit(20) stores photographed image information, and a sensor unit(40) detects the motion of a person in the photographed monitoring area. According to the motion of the person, the sensor generates an operation signal. If the operation signal is inputted to the sensor unit, the control unit(60) emits a scent toward the monitoring area through the control of a scent emitting unit(50).
