PURPOSE: A high brightness painting apparatus for traffic lanes using a bead injector is provided to determine accurate bead injection points by applying air pressure from a side and rapidly control the supply of beads. CONSTITUTION: A high brightness painting apparatus for traffic lanes comprises a paint melting tank(100), a paint spray unit(200), a bead supply container(300), a bead supply hose(400), an air compressor(500), an air compressor hose(600), and a bead injector(700). The paint melting tank stores paint to be spread on a road and heats the paint. The paint spray unit spreads the paint stored in the paint melting tank over the road. The bead supply container contains glass beads to be injected on the spot in which paint is sprayed. The bead supply hose let the beads, which are provided from the bead supply container, fall free. The air compressor compresses air to be supplied. The air compressor hose delivers the air compressed by the air compressor to other apparatuses. The bead injector is provided with the beads falling free through the bead supply container and the air from the air compressor in order to inject the beads on the road surface. |
