PURPOSE: A processing method of abalone is provided, which can process abalone in various types and provides unique flavor of abalone intestine. CONSTITUTION: A processing method of abalone comprises: a step(110) of separating abalone flesh and intestine from an alive abalone; a step of putting abalone flesh into a packing container and vacuum or freezing packing the abalone flesh; a step(120) of forming a mixture by mixing the abalone intestine with more than one kind of seaweed; a step(130) of putting the mixture into a pulverizing device and pulverizing the mixture; and a step(140) vacuum or freezing packing the pulverized mixture.
