PURPOSE: Seasoned laver and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the crispy taste, the unique flavor, and the effect of lotus leaves by adding lotus leaf powder and corn oil to oil sauce for the seasoned laver. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of seasoned laver comprises the following steps: preparing 2.5~3.5g of dried laver(10), lotus leaf oil sauce, and salt; firstly roasting the dried laver using a heater(22) inside a laver roaster(20), for 3~10seconds at 100~300deg C; transferring the laver to a seasoned laver producing device(30), and spraying 5~15g of lotus leaf oil sauce using an oil sauce sprayer(32); spraying 0.3~1g of salt on the laver using a salt sprayer(33); and secondly roasting the laver using a second heater(34) at 300~500deg C for 3~20seconds.
