<p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a hydrogen electrochemical sensor using tetramethylammonium hydroxide pentahydrate is provided to efficiently detect the hydrogen gas less than the lowest explosion concentration using a current measurement mode. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a hydrogen electrochemical sensor using tetramethylammonium hydroxide pentahydrate comprises an anode and a cathode. Platinum particles are uniformly loaded on the anode. The platinum particle is not loaded on the cathode. The clathrate hydrate of solid-state locates between the anode and the cathode. Tetramethylammonium hydroxide pentahydrate is inserted with a liquid state at a higher temperature than a melting point.</p> |
