PMSM FOR REDUCING TORQUE RIPPLE

PURPOSE: A permanent magnet synchronous motor for reducing torque ripple is provided to minimize the torque ripple by controlling an effective magnetic polarity angle of a magnetic flux barrier formed on the surface of a rotor and the surface angel of the teeth unit of a stator. CONSTITUTION: A stator(10) is arranged to surround a rotor(20). The stator includes a cylindrical yoke(12) and teeth(14) formed on the inner surface of the yoke. The rotor has a plurality of insertion holes(24) into which a permanent magnet is inserted around a coupling hole(22). The rotor has a magnetic flux barrier(26) on both sides of the insertion holes. The teeth includes a teeth body unit protrude from the yoke and a teeth extension unit(18).
