PURPOSE: A dish-plate discharging device is provided to automatically wash dish plates by automatically lifting and guiding the dish-plates to a worker. CONSTITUTION: A dish-plate discharging device(100) comprises a discharging tank(110), a dish-plate stacking container(120), a stacking container lifting unit(130). The top of the discharging tank is opened at the height of a dish-plate discharge hole of a dish-plate washer. The discharging tank is filled with water. The dish-plate stacking container is lifted inside the discharging tank. Dish-plates exhasuted from the dish-plate washer are stacked in the dish-plate stacking container. The stacking container lifting unit lifts the dish-plate stacking container.
