PURPOSE: An optimal strongpoint image control system is provided to obtain an optimal strongpoint image by controlling a selected CCTV, thereby realizing safe image control. CONSTITUTION: An object information DB(31) stores object information. A strongpoint information DB(32) stores image equipment information. An operation unit(33) selects location information of a control target object(10) of the object information DB and information of the nearest image equipment from the strongpoint information DB. The operation unit calculates compensation values such as a control value and a time difference of the selected image equipment. A control unit(34) obtains an optimal strongpoint image about the object by controlling image equipment.
