PURPOSE: A processing method of early-ripening rice is provided to use the early-ripening rice as a raw and subsidiary material of various foods, by roasting the rice with Korean traditional salt. CONSTITUTION: A processing method of early-ripening rice comprises the following steps: supplying the early-ripening rice(10) using an early-ripening rice transfer conveyor(10a) to a mixing hopper(30c); supplying Korean traditional salt(20) to the mixing hopper using a Korean traditional salt feed conveyor(20a); roasting the mixture containing the early-ripening rice and the Korean traditional salt, after inserting the mixture into a spiral roasting conveyor(30a); discharging the Korean traditional salt using a Korean traditional salt discharge hopper(60); drying the early-ripening rice using a fan(80), while transferring the rice using an early rice transfer conveyor(71).
