PURPOSE: An alternate operation use system which uses an alternate operation terminal and a service provision method are provided to supply a proxy driving service to a shop at which a proxy driving service terminal is installed when a user requests a proxy driving service through a mobile phone number. CONSTITUTION: A touch screen-type display unit(210) includes an advertisement display unit, a banner display unit and a service request display unit. A voice output unit of a body unit(200) outputs a guidance voice for each kind of messages outputted through the display unit. If a proxy driving service and a member-exclusive service are requested, a controller classifies members and nonmembers. An information provision service performs the proxy driving service and the member-exclusive service based on the information transferred from the controller.
