PURPOSE: Blanking mold and method for simultaneously operating with a die and a pad are provided to prevent a milling bar from occurring in notching since a notching blanking interface is matched when manufacturing the shoulder metallic-tool of a seat belt. CONSTITUTION: A blanking mold for simultaneously operating with a die and a pad comprises an upper mold(10) and a lower mold(20). The upper mold is composed of a punch(30), a punch plate(40), a stripper(50), and a second upper punch(100). The punch plate supports the upper part of the punch. The stripper supports the lower part of the punch. A hole is formed on the center of the lower mold. The lower mold comprises a die(21), a pad(80), a support(90) and a second lower die(110). The second upper punch is installed on the front of the punch. The second upper punch bends a first molded product. A finger(130) is installed in a tunnel(120).
