PURPOSE: A ferrite stainless steel with an excellent thermo-mechanical fatigue property is provided to enhance resistivity to the deformation of unit lattice at a high temperature since cobalt is added, and thus coupling force of a base is strengthen. CONSTITUTION: A ferrite stainless steel with an excellent thermo-mechanical fatigue property consists of carbon of 0.03 weight% or less, silicon of 1.0 weight% or less, manganese of 1.0 weight% or less, phosphorus of 0.04 weight% or less, sulfur of 0.03 weight% or less, chrome of 21~23 weight%, nickel of 2.5~3.5 weight%, titanium of 0.6~0.9 weight%, cobalt of 0.7~1.0 weight%, nitrogen of 0.01 weight% or less, iron and other inevitable impurities. The manufacturing method of a ferrite stainless steel comprises following steps. A slab is hot-rolled. The slab is annealed at a temperature of 1000°C. The slab is cold-rolled and is annealed at a temperature of 1050°C. |
